Process Engineer – Oil & Gas

About the role

Anton.Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join its Energy Management Services team in Kuwait. The role focuses on monitoring, optimizing, and ensuring the safe operation of process equipment and production facilities within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize performance and efficiency of process equipment and production facilities.
• Provide technical guidance on process safety and operational risk management.
• Analyze laboratory and plant operating data to identify performance improvements and operational issues.
• Coordinate closely with operations and control‑room personnel to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Recommend corrective actions to optimize production performance.
• Support troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations to improve process reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Process industry.
• At least 5 years in a similar process engineering or operations support role.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and production optimization.
• Experience analyzing plant performance data and troubleshooting process issues.
• Understanding of process safety management and operational risk control.
• Experience working with industrial process control and plant operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and coordination skills.
