Process Engineer - Oil & Gas

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group, a global independent integrated oilfield technology services company, is hiring a Process Engineer for its On Sync Energy Management Services Company in Kuwait. The role focuses on monitoring and optimizing process equipment and production facilities, supporting safe and efficient plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the performance and efficiency of process equipment and production facilities.
• Analyze laboratory and plant operating data to identify performance improvements and operational issues.
• Provide technical guidance on process safety and operational risk management.
• Coordinate with operations and control room personnel to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Monitor process parameters and recommend corrective actions to optimize production performance.
• Support troubleshooting, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations to improve process reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Process industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar process engineering or operations support role.
• Experience analyzing plant performance data and troubleshooting process issues.
• Experience working with industrial process control and plant operations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and production optimization.
• Strong understanding of process safety management and operational risk control.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
