Procurement Manager – Baking and Pastry

About the role
Drive end‑to‑end procurement operations for baking and pastry production, sourcing essential food ingredients, packaging, and operational materials for central kitchens and retail outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Align purchasing activities with production demand, inventory planning, and cost‑control requirements across high‑volume bakery environments.
- Secure reliable suppliers, negotiate competitive commercial terms, and ensure consistent material availability to maintain uninterrupted production cycles.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a relevant field.
- Over 8 years of procurement experience within Food & Beverage and Hospitality, with direct exposure to bakery and pastry operations.
- Experience in commercial agreements, price negotiations, and contract management with suppliers servicing bakery and F&B sectors.
