Procurement Manager of Logistics

About the role

The Procurement Manager of Logistics will lead the development and execution of procurement strategies for the company's warehousing and logistics services. This role ensures cost‑effective sourcing, supplier development, and risk management across all logistics categories.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement procurement strategies for non‑production logistics categories.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement for warehousing, trunk and feeder transportation, urban distribution, and logistics delivery, including requirement gathering, tendering, contract signing, acceptance and evaluation.
• Oversee commercial aspects such as price management, negotiations, contract administration and execution risk mitigation.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives using total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis and other ROI‑focused methods.
• Collect and analyse market and industry data, develop SOPs, and provide strategic procurement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of procurement or logistics experience.
• Background in internet, retail or logistics supply‑chain procurement, preferably with experience in retail logistics equipment.
• Proven ability to independently manage large‑scale procurement projects and assess fulfillment risks.
• Strong organisational, coordination and communication abilities, with high resilience under pressure.
• Fluent business English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
