About the role

The Procurement Media Buying Expert ensures that media investments are transparent, optimized, and accurately invoiced. This role validates media spending, reconciles invoices, and supports compliance with contractual and financial controls across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Track media spend across campaigns and platforms to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of commitments, actuals, and forecasts, providing regular spend reports and insights.
• Identify discrepancies or irregularities in spend patterns and review media invoices against platform data, insertion orders, and agreed rates.
• Reconcile billed amounts with actual delivery and performance metrics, confirming vendor compliance with contractual terms.
• Act as a key interface between Marketing, Agencies, Finance, and Procurement, supporting vendor evaluations with performance and cost data.
• Contribute to process improvements for media buying governance and financial control.
• Ensure compliance with Information Security Management System policies and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media buying or digital media planning.
• Familiarity with procurement and financial control processes is a strong advantage.
