Procurement / Purchase Officer – Kuwait

About the role
NAI Food Group is seeking a proactive Procurement / Purchase Officer to manage supplier relationships and ensure timely acquisition of goods for its operations in Kuwait. The role focuses on cost‑effective sourcing, order processing, and coordination with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with local suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Prepare, review and process purchase orders.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries and ensure alignment with warehouse needs.
- Compare prices, maintain cost control and track market trends.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams to streamline the supply chain.
Required profile
- Previous experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing in Kuwait.
- Ability to manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
- Current residence in Kuwait.
