Procurement Specialist

About the role

As a Procurement Specialist you will be a key member of our restaurant management company, responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality goods and services that keep our kitchens running smoothly. You will work closely with culinary teams to ensure timely deliveries, cost-effective contracts and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for all restaurant supplies and services.
• Identify, evaluate and engage suppliers to guarantee quality and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits and maintain supply efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and align with company goals.
• Analyse market trends and apply best practices to improve procurement strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply-chain roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven negotiation and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
