Procurement & Supply Chain Senior Executive

About the role

We are seeking a strategic procurement and supply chain professional to lead sourcing, inventory, and tendering activities for a leading manufacturing enterprise. The Senior Executive will drive supplier innovation, ensure operational efficiency, and guide a cross‑functional sales and operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end tendering processes, guaranteeing commercial viability, quality standards, and legal compliance.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high‑quality international and local suppliers to diversify the network, reduce risk, and optimise costs.
• Supervise inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement control measures to minimise waste and maintain material availability.
• Direct the sales and operations team, mentoring members and streamlining collaborative workflows.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of solid experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, plastics, or industrial sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (equivalent experience accepted).
• Proven track record in contract negotiations, tendering, and vendor relationship management.
• Strong leadership abilities to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills for inventory and supply optimisation.
