Product Development Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Product Development Coordinator to drive product innovation in the beauty, optics, and consumer health sectors. This role will manage projects from concept through market launch, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end product development projects, managing timelines, approvals, samples, specifications and milestones.
• Support new product launches, replenishment planning and operational coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments to guarantee timely delivery and quality.
• Manage product samples, production requirements and manufacturing updates.
• Assist with exclusive celebrity, influencer and brand collaboration projects, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate trackers, reports, project documentation and operational records.
• Facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Arabic‑speaking female candidate with fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in optics, eyewear, contact lenses, beauty/cosmetics, healthcare or FMCG product coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
