Product Information Specialist

About the role

Palomba General Trading LLC is seeking a Product Information Specialist to manage and maintain technical product data across its international portfolio. Based in Kuwait City, you will ensure accurate documentation for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, and specialty ingredients, supporting sales, marketing, regulatory and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information databases.
• Prepare and review technical product information.
• Coordinate product specifications with suppliers.
• Support Sales and Marketing with product documentation.
• Maintain certificates, technical documents and product files.
• Coordinate product information with Regulatory and Quality teams.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data.
• Support new product introductions.
• Prepare product information reports.
• Assist with continuous improvement of documentation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences or related field.
• Previous experience in product information, technical documentation, product management support or business operations (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
