Product Manager – Drive Growth in Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the growth and success of our product portfolio in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle and driving revenue, profitability and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from market analysis and planning to launch and ongoing support.
• Develop product strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability and market share.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Define product positioning, pricing and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Support sales teams with product knowledge, technical guidance and customer engagement.
• Monitor product performance and implement improvement plans.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, sales or business development.
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience managing products, markets and customer relationships.
