Production Engineer

About the role

The Production Engineer supports the PSD team in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. This role focuses on creating and optimizing technical job designs, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing real‑time operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver optimized technical job designs for the assigned product line.
• Identify and communicate continuous‑improvement opportunities and apply lessons learned to future designs.
• Support PSD operations in real time and manage resource consumption (COSD).
• Consult subject‑matter experts to refine technical designs and adapt them to changes in job dimensions, resource availability, or service incidents.
• Assist in incident response, recovery, and investigation, capturing best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to evaluate technical viability of tenders.
• Analyze job execution versus design and document optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in production engineering or related technical job design.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple product lines and support operational teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for incident analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
