Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Local Production Engineer to support the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operation of our cement grinding process, ensuring production targets, product quality, and operational standards are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans and coordinate grinding mills, separators, conveying systems, silos, and cement dispatch.
• Monitor production performance, optimize mill throughput, grinding efficiency, equipment utilization, and power consumption.
• Analyze process data, identify production losses and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to maintain product specifications and adjust operating parameters.
• Supervise operators, ensure compliance with SOPs, housekeeping, and HSE procedures.
• Prepare daily production performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cement manufacturing, with at least 2 years in cement grinding operations.
• Proficiency in Arabic and professional‑level English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of ball mills.
• Experience with separators.
• Familiarity with cement dispatch operations.
