Production Operator – Paint Manufacturing

About the role

We are urgently hiring Production Operators for a multinational paint manufacturing company operating in Kuwait. The role involves hands‑on work on the production line to ensure smooth manufacturing of paint products.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and prepare them according to batch cards.
• Charge raw materials into tanks and operate various production machinery.
• Liaise with the quality‑control team for final paint adjustments.
• Fill approved paint products and perform related line‑side tasks.

Required profile

• High‑school graduate (12th grade) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a paint factory or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Certified fire‑fighter and first‑aider is a plus.
• Knowledge of forklift operation.
