Production Optimization Engineer

About the role

The Production Optimization Engineer supports the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to customers. Working closely with operations and technical teams, the role focuses on continuous improvement, risk management, and the adoption of new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with operations groups to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Provide real‑time technical support throughout sales, product, and service delivery processes.
• Assist project leads in developing technical job designs and evaluating cost‑effective techniques.
• Participate in incident response, recovery, and investigation related to the area of expertise.
• Evaluate technical viability of tenders and contribute to technical publications.
• Maintain visibility with customers through professional societies, research collaborations, and university engagements.
