About the role

We are seeking a remote Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate goals into actionable roadmaps and drive program success across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage interdependencies between projects.
• Define program governance structures, set performance metrics, and track progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Translate strategic goals into executable program roadmaps and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare consolidated reports, executive updates, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Facilitate governance meetings, ensure accountability for deliverables, and support decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management practices, methodologies, and tools.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in business administration, project management, engineering, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of program management principles, project lifecycle, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Familiarity with project and program management tools, reporting systems, and planning methodologies.
• Financial and resource‑management awareness, including budgeting and capacity planning.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
