About the role

Osama Bukhamseen Design (OBD), a leading consultancy firm in Kuwait, is hiring for three distinct full‑time positions: Project Engineer, Civil Foreman, and Secretary. The roles support ongoing projects, including work for the Kuwait National Guard, and require candidates with solid professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Project Engineer: Lead civil engineering tasks, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project delivery according to specifications and timelines.
• Civil Foreman: Supervise on‑site construction activities, manage labor crews, and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Secretary: Provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and handle documentation with a focus on Arabic language proficiency.

Required profile

• Project Engineer: Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably on Kuwait National Guard projects.
• Civil Foreman: Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in civil construction, with prior work on Kuwait National Guard projects.
• Secretary: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience and fluency in Arabic.
• All candidates: Open to all nationalities; Arabic proficiency is a plus for all roles.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory for the Secretary position).
