Project Engineer, Civil Foreman, and Secretary positions – Kuwait

About the role

Osama Bukhamseen Design (OBD), a well‑established consultancy in Kuwait, is looking for qualified professionals to fill three distinct positions: Project Engineer, Civil Foreman, and Secretary. These roles support OBD’s ongoing projects, including work for the Kuwait National Guard.

Key responsibilities

• Project Engineer: Lead engineering activities, coordinate design and execution, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Civil Foreman: Supervise on‑site construction teams, manage daily work plans, and maintain safety standards.
• Secretary: Provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and handle documentation in both Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Project Engineer: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably on Kuwait National Guard projects.
• Civil Foreman: Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in civil construction, preferably on Kuwait National Guard projects.
• Secretary: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with fluency in Arabic.
• All candidates: Open to all nationalities; Arabic proficiency is a plus for the Secretary role.
