Project Engineer, Civil Foreman, and Secretary Positions – Kuwait

About the role

Osama Bukhamseen Design (OBD), a leading consultancy in Kuwait, is hiring for three distinct positions: Project Engineer, Civil Foreman, and Secretary. The roles are full‑time and based on‑site, supporting ongoing projects for the Kuwait National Guard and other clients.

Key responsibilities

• Project Engineer: lead civil engineering activities, coordinate design and execution, ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Civil Foreman: supervise construction crews, manage daily site operations, and guarantee quality and safety standards.
• Secretary: provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and maintain records, with a focus on Arabic‑language communication.

Required profile

• Project Engineer – minimum 10 years of relevant experience, proven work on Kuwait National Guard projects.
• Civil Foreman – minimum 10 years of site‑supervision experience, prior involvement in Kuwait National Guard projects.
• Secretary – minimum 3 years of administrative experience and fluency in Arabic.
• Open to all nationalities; Arabic proficiency preferred for the Secretary role.
