Project Manager – Construction (On Site, Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large mixed‑use construction projects in Qatar. The role involves overseeing all phases of delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver major mixed‑use construction projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead commissioning, handover, and risk mitigation activities.
• Build, motivate, and manage high‑performing project teams.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Minimum 20 years of post‑qualification experience, including at least 10 years in the GCC.
• Proven track record managing mixed‑use capital projects valued at QAR 100 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, commissioning, operations, site safety, quality management, and project coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
