Project Manager – Enterprise Projects (Kuwait)

About the role

Diyar United Company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex enterprise projects in Kuwait City. The role involves overseeing projects from initiation through closure, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and develop detailed plans, timelines and risk assessments.
• Create work breakdown structures, assign tasks and manage resources.
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation, track performance and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
• Communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification (mandatory).
• 5‑10 years of proven project management experience.
• Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
