Project Manager – Fit‑Out

About the role

Tri East Building Construction Company is expanding its Fit‑Out Division and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑profile retail and F&B interior projects across Kuwait. You will be responsible for delivering fit‑out works from concept through handover, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and control fit‑out projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular reports and address any deviations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of fit‑out experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials and MEP works.
• Valid Kuwait residency (transferable) and a Kuwait driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera for scheduling.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
