Project Manager – Fit‑Out (Retail & F&B)

About the role

Tri East Building Construction Company is expanding its Fit‑Out Division and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑profile retail and food‑and‑beverage fit‑out projects across Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead fit‑out projects from inception through handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress to meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of fit‑out experience, including 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials and MEP works.
• Valid Kuwait residency (transferable) and a Kuwait driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera for scheduling.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
