Project Manager – Logistics & Operations

About the role

The Project Manager will lead business development, key‑account management and day‑to‑day logistics operations across Kuwait. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure efficient collection routes, driver performance and warehouse integrity while driving growth with strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure contracts with key accounts, negotiate terms and manage client relationships.
• Oversee daily field operations, guaranteeing on‑time collections, optimal route execution and zero loss.
• Lead drivers, storekeepers and field teams, enforcing discipline, attendance and performance standards.
• Prepare and optimise daily/weekly collection schedules, balancing volume, fuel usage and warehouse capacity.
• Supervise warehouse activities, maintain accurate inventory records and prevent stock leakage.
• Ensure all collected material meets quality standards and coordinate supplier performance.
• Track and report KPI’s such as collection volumes, driver productivity and account performance.
• Monitor operations for fraud or irregularities and support loss‑prevention audits.
• Execute management directives promptly, following up on hiring, logistics and procurement tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in project or operations management within logistics, supply‑chain or FMCG environments in Kuwait.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and Hindi/Urdu.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence.
