Project Scheduler – Port Project (Kuwait)

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join the team on a high‑profile port development in Kuwait. The role involves creating, maintaining and optimizing detailed project schedules while working closely with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure the programme stays on track.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced scheduling software.
• Analyse critical paths, identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to gather accurate timeline information.
• Perform regular schedule updates and generate progress reports for stakeholders.
• Support construction supervision by monitoring schedule adherence.
• Identify and communicate schedule risks and opportunities to the project team.
• Develop and implement schedule recovery plans when necessary.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling expertise.
• Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards and best practices.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in port or large‑scale construction projects.
• Experience working on international projects is preferred.
