Projects Draftsman – Construction & Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Projects Draftsman to join our restaurant management company. You will create detailed architectural and engineering drawings, turning project specifications and team ideas into precise plans.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise architectural and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to define specifications.
• Develop detailed drafts based on team input.
• Ensure all plans comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Review project documentation for accuracy.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Maintain organized records of drafts and revisions.
• Assist in creating presentations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a draftsman in construction or design.
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to translate ideas into drawings.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and passionate about construction and design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem‑solving abilities to address design challenges.
