About the role
We are seeking a motivated Purchase Coordinator Assistant to support our purchasing department in a leading FMCG company based in Kuwait. The role involves assisting with procurement processes, preparing purchase orders and ensuring smooth delivery of goods.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in procurement and purchasing activities.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on shipments and delivery schedules.
- Maintain documentation and generate reports.
- Support daily operations of the Purchasing Department.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Currently residing in Kuwait, with immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
