Purchase Manager – Food & Beverage (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead the procurement function for food, packaging and non‑food items at our Al Qurain facility in Kuwait. The role involves managing supplier relationships, controlling inventory and ensuring cost‑effective purchasing in a fast‑paced Food & Beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end purchasing operations for food, packaging and non‑food supplies.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Prepare purchase reports, cost analyses and track supplier performance.
• Collaborate closely with stores, kitchen, finance and operations teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, market pricing and cost control.
• Proven negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience in inventory control and ability to work under pressure.
• Transferable visa in Kuwait is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
