About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Purchasing and Logistics Officer to join our team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The role combines procurement responsibilities with logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels.
  • Arrange transportation and shipment schedules.
  • Handle import/export and logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and logistics records.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
