About the role

As a Purchasing and Receiving Supervisor at Hilton, you will lead the procurement and inventory functions that keep our hotels running smoothly. You will ensure that every guest experience is supported by timely, high-quality supplies while embodying the brand’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations, including procurement, receiving, and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to align purchases with operational needs and specifications.
• Review and process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in supplier management by negotiating competitive pricing, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Perform quality checks on shipments to verify compliance with order specifications and quality standards.
• Train, schedule, and supervise purchasing and receiving clerks, providing guidance to achieve high performance.
