QA/QC Engineer – Quality Engineer II

About the role

Worley is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Quality Engineer II) to lead the development and implementation of Project Quality Management Systems for oil and gas projects. The role ensures that all project activities meet corporate, contractual and regulatory quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain Project Quality Management Systems in line with corporate and contractual standards.
• Manage verification, inspection and testing activities across all project stages.
• Oversee quality support functions including quality planning, preventive actions, non‑conformance control, corrective actions, audits and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 series and other international standards relevant to the oil & gas industry.
• Coordinate vendor assessments, design control, verification, validation and construction inspections.

Required profile

• Demonstrated understanding of HSE management and ability to work with HSE advisors to meet regulatory obligations.
• Experience collaborating with location quality managers and project teams to develop and apply quality plans.
• Ability to train project personnel on quality procedures and ensure access to required documentation.
