Quality Assurance & Control Engineer – OHTL Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Quality Assurance & Control Engineer to lead QA/QC activities on Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) maintenance projects in Kuwait. The role involves ensuring that all work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and quality procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections and quality control activities for OHTL maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality procedures, and applicable industry standards.
• Review and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients regarding quality requirements.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to approved procedures and requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain proper QA/QC documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience on Overhead Transmission Line projects.
• Proven experience in QA/QC activities related to transmission line construction or maintenance.
• Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
