Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Coordinator supports Rentokil Boecker® by ensuring that sales and operations processes meet internal standards and client expectations. You will conduct audits, manage data, and act as a liaison for client feedback and complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic internal audits across sales and operations departments, identifying non‑conformities.
• Compile, verify, and report accurate data to management on request.
• Validate client files for eligibility and compliance with company policies.
• Handle sensitive data collection methods, including courtesy calls, callbacks, audit calls, and visits.
• Receive and follow up on client complaints, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Record accidents at client sites, analyse root causes, and recommend preventive actions.
• Generate and distribute Quality Certificates to clients.
• Implement client feedback system by gathering written testimonials.
• Maintain data integrity within Rentokil Boecker® systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
