Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the implementation of quality assurance processes that align with Marriott’s brand standards and mission. This role focuses on continuous improvement at the property level, ensuring guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Quality Assurance goals by coaching managers on Total Quality Management, conducting monthly audits, and driving property‑wide quality initiatives.
• Oversee quality tools, provide training on quality sciences, collect and analyze defect data, and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback with leadership, ensure corrective actions are taken, and maintain a visible presence to gather real‑time quality insights.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with 3 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations within the hospitality sector.
