Quality Supervisor – CTIP Compliance

About the role

The Quality Supervisor (CTIP) ensures that V2X and its subcontractors maintain a zero‑tolerance culture for Trafficking in Persons (TIP) and comply with all relevant international, U.S., and local regulations. Based in Kuwait, the role works under the Management Operations Center Manager to drive compliance, training, and investigative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Apply international standards (e.g., C138, C182, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child) to assess and mitigate risks of child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on human trafficking and labor issues.
• Manage the CTIPS training program, reviewing training materials, compliance plans, payroll records, and financial documents for adherence to requirements.
• Respond within 24 hours to allegations, audit findings, or requests for investigations, and track each case to closure.
• Assess program productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency; recommend improvements to internal controls and subcontractor policies.
• Identify non‑compliance, develop corrective actions, and support external auditors.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of international labor and trafficking standards and related U.S. regulations (FAR, Executive Orders, TVPA, etc.).
• Experience conducting legal/regulatory research and managing compliance training programs.
• Ability to respond quickly to allegations and coordinate investigations.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate records, reports, and operating practices.
