Quantity Surveyor – Construction & Consulting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Kuwait. The role involves managing all cost‑related aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate estimations and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for project scopes.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and interim payment certificates.
• Value work completed, assess variation orders, and manage cost control processes.
• Administer contracts, including preparation of valuation statements and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project engineers and managers to ensure alignment of cost data with project schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction, engineering, or oil & gas sectors.
• Proven ability to work on complex projects and deliver accurate cost documentation.
• Must be available to work in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
