Quantum Research Scientist with Python – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a quantum research scientist with strong Python expertise to join our freelance AI‑training platform. You will design and deliver computational physics problems that help test and improve AI systems for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational‑physics problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy and SymPy.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within days or weeks.
• Develop problem sets covering mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics and quantum mechanics.
• Base challenges on genuine research questions or practical physics applications.
• Validate solutions with Python and standard physics‑simulation libraries.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Physics (theoretical, experimental or computational) or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in research, applied work or teaching.
• Proficiency in Python for numerical validation and strong written English (C1+).
• Experience with numerical simulation methods and physics modeling techniques.
• Creative thinking for problem design across diverse physics areas.
