Reception Supervisor

About the role

Hamad Clinic, which offers dermatology, laser, skincare and dental services, is looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role combines administrative duties with team leadership and patient experience management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage appointments, with a focus on attendance rates and schedule utilization
• Convert inquiries into bookings and maintain patient follow-up
• Handle patient complaints professionally and manage patient experience
• Prepare operational, administrative and performance reports, including KPIs
• Onboard and train new staff, evaluate team performance and enforce policies and procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of reception experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic in Kuwait, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Valid, transferable Article 18 residency
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Availability for shift work and immediate availability to join

Required skills

• Staff management, including attendance, leave and shift scheduling
• Team leadership, delegation and policy enforcement
• Good knowledge of aesthetic, dermatology and laser clinic services
• Proficiency in Excel and clinic management / booking systems
