About the role

We are a leading cosmetic clinic in Kuwait specializing in dermatology, plastic surgery and laser treatments. We are seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and support the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic.
Book and confirm patient appointments according to clinic guidelines.
Answer patient inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
Communicate with staff members and assist doctors when required.
Handle incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Make marketing and follow‑up calls as directed.
Perform basic computer tasks and maintain organized records.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical clinic setting.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Basic computer knowledge.
Arabic speaking preferred.

Required skills

Computer literacy.
