About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage front‑office operations at our Mina Abdallah location. The role involves handling communications, coordinating travel, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries, notifying recipients.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and hotel bookings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when stock is low.
- Greet visitors and clients, answer, screen, and transfer phone calls.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Manage physical and electronic filing systems.
- Process invoices, expense forms, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support HR with event assistance and other duties as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist or similar front‑office role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (preferred).
- Holding a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Own a car for local travel (preferred).
- Open to both male and female applicants.
