Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Recruitment Officer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Kuwait. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while helping the business attract and hire the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals and other channels.
• Review CVs, shortlist candidates and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Prepare and coordinate job offers and required documentation.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process to ensure timely communication.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, open days and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
