Regional Business Development Manager – GCC Oil & Gas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the GCC oil and gas sector. The role is based in Kuwait and requires a proven track record of securing projects and building strategic client relationships throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Kuwait and other GCC markets, targeting new oil & gas projects, tenders and strategic accounts.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiations, coordinating with technical, commercial and project teams to deliver competitive proposals.
• Support contract negotiations and drive the closure of high‑value deals to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Currently based in Kuwait with hands‑on experience in oil & gas projects.
• Demonstrated business development experience in at least one other GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman or Bahrain).
• Established network of contacts within GCC oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, government entities and major contractors.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate market insights into successful contracts.
