About the role
The Regional CRM & Loyalty Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies that boost customer engagement, retention and loyalty across the region. This role oversees the CRM platform, analyses customer data and drives targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and overall business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to acquire, retain and grow loyal customers.
- Optimize customer segmentation and personalize marketing communications.
- Manage the CRM database, ensure data accuracy and compliance with data‑protection regulations.
- Analyse customer behaviours, purchasing patterns and generate actionable insights.
- Plan, execute and continuously optimise email, SMS and other personalised campaigns.
- Design, launch and monitor loyalty programmes and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and IT teams to align CRM activities with broader brand and sales objectives.
- Research and recommend CRM tool enhancements and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
Required profile
- Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret customer data and derive insights.
- Experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales and IT stakeholders.
