Regional Logistics Manager

About the role

The Regional Logistics Manager will ensure efficient, cost‑effective movement of products, inventory, parts, and people across the GCC region. You will plan, control, and implement storage and flow of goods, information, and services while supporting new store openings, events, and market launches.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all logistics operations, applying best practices for optimum efficiency.
• Review delivery and transportation quality and costs, negotiating improvements where possible.
• Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate waste and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Calculate duties for various product categories and support smooth logistics flows.
• Manage logistics for new store openings, events, and market launches in the GCC.
• Drive process enhancements, cost optimisation, and effective implementation of changes.
• Handle regulatory processes, including import/export licence applications and renewals across the GCC.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing with freight forwarders.
• Provide routine and ad‑hoc KPI reports to management.
• Support retail supply‑chain projects and ad‑hoc assignments, delivering feedback for operational improvement.
• Research client needs and develop optimal fulfillment approaches.
• Oversee shipments from acquisition to delivery.
• Create department policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Train and guide employees on processes and develop performance programmes to boost team productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant logistics manager experience.
• Background in the luxury or retail industry.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Strong numerical sense.
• Good leadership, time‑management, interpersonal and organisational skills.
