Registered Nurse – Flex Resource Team

About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a flexible Registered Nurse to join its Resource Team. You will work day shifts (6:30 am – 7:00 pm) providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care while rotating across specialty units and campuses within a 50‑mile radius.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and compassionate communication.
• Float between specialty units and campuses as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain a 72‑hour bi‑weekly work authorization schedule.

Required profile

• Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least 1 year in the specialty applied for.
• BSN preferred.
• Willingness to float within specialty or across campuses up to 50 miles from home campus.

Required skills

• Healthcare CPR certification (required).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – training provided if needed.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – training provided if needed.
• Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) – training provided if needed.
