Registered Nurse – Flex Team (Night Shift)

About the role
The Registered Nurse Flex Team position at Baptist Health provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care during night shifts. You will work within the Resource Team, supporting multiple specialty units as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process and Baptist Health training.
- Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in a fast‑paced night environment.
- Float between specialty units or campuses within a 50‑mile radius.
- Maintain a 72‑hour bi‑weekly work schedule.
Required profile
- Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least 1 year in the specialty applied for.
- BSN preferred.
Required skills
- Healthcare CPR certification (required).
- ACLS certification (may be required, training provided).
- PALS certification (may be required, training provided).
- NALS certification (may be required, training provided).
