Registered Nurse – Night Shift – 2nd Floor Rehab

About the role

The Registered Nurse will work the night shift on the 2nd Floor Rehabilitation unit, providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care to patients. This position is based at Baptist Health in Arkansas and follows the organization’s nursing process and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process and evidence‑based practices.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and adherence to department policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Required profile

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Active Arkansas nursing license; BSN preferred.
• Ability to function as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team.
• Not currently participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR certification required; additional ACLS, PALS, or NALS training may be provided.
