Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager – Urgent Hiring

About the role

We are launching an exciting new Kuwaiti pastry brand and need a dynamic Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager to join us from day one. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on position where you will help shape daily operations and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Oversee online ordering platforms such as Talabat and Deliveroo.
• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Assist with payroll and salary administration.
• Coordinate with third‑party service providers and vendors.
• Maintain high service and quality standards throughout the operation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
• Previous experience in a pastry shop or bakery is highly preferred.
• Holder of a Visa 18 (Ahli) in Kuwait.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and eagerness to grow with the company.
