Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a premier fine‑dining establishment in Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Develop and control budgets, forecasts, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Implement marketing and customer‑retention strategies.
• Utilise POS systems and restaurant management software to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable fine‑dining venue (upscale casual experience also considered).
• Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership, team‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using restaurant management software.
