About the role

As a Restaurant Manager within Hilton’s hotel portfolio, you will lead the daily operations of a dining outlet, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth and hospitality that define the brand. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, driving revenue, and fostering a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Implement marketing, up‑selling, and promotional initiatives to maximize food‑and‑beverage sales and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, interview candidates, and train new hires to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
